Phrasle

Let's explore a word game called Phrasle. Something between the old word game "Hangman" and the new word game "Wordle."

How to Play and the Basics

Every day, the game gives everyone the same puzzle: a new word. You have to figure out what letters or words are hidden in that line.
What's the catch? You can't just guess. The number of "misses" you can have is based on how many different letters are in the answer. A, E, I, O, and U are the vowels that are the hardest to learn. You will miss twice if you guess a word wrong! You have to really think about whether a letter is part of a phrase before you press it.

Controls

You don't need long lessons to use Phrasle because it's very easy to use.
You can only see the puzzle grid and the keyboard that's on the screen.
You can click or type letters to pick them.
Whether you won or lost, there's a button built in that will copy your scores.
So, you can brag about what you've done on social media without giving away any of the letters for the day.
Isn't that a nice touch?

Things that interest you and make you want to come back

You'll never get bored or run out of things to do because there are new puzzles every day.
Tracking Your Progress (Stats): The game keeps track of how many times you win or lose, so you can see how you're doing over time (but don't clear your browser cache!).
Contributions from the Community: The people who made it are very interested in what other people have to say. Anyone can send them ideas for new tasks if they run out of them. How to keep winning and not stop
Start with sounds you hear often. It's important not to pick vowels too quickly, since making the wrong choice could cost you two lives. Start with common English sounds instead.
It's a phrase, not a single word, so look at what it means or common short words like "THE," "AND," or "TO" to help you figure out the whole thing much faster.

Playing Phrasle is a quick and fun way to clear your mind. To work out your brain, you can do it every morning or right before bed. Feel free to try it if you like simple puzzle games. See how long you can go without losing.
